Polly update
Well, I took Polly to the vets today because she’s still got a pretty bad limp and the news is.. well her professional football career is OVER!!
She has torn her cruciate ligament over her left knee and we can now expect up to 6 months of recovery time. She seems to have done similar damage to her right in the past and kept it a secret as there’s arthritis in there too.
So the up-shot is that she has to take is easy for the next 2-3 weeks, plenty of rest, no running around and keep well fed. This sounds like a pretty good deal to me and I’m wondering what I can do to get abit of that treatment! 
I’m much relieved that she’s OK and will be fine.
